One frame per state described in requirements.md §5–6, plus the v2 events proposal. Member screens are drawn at 390 px (mid-range Android, the actual audience); admin screens are drawn as a desktop console. Nothing is interactive by design — this exists to look at, argue with, and recolour.

Cancel the Annual dinner?

180 tickets have been sold, to 121 members, for a total of ₹2,16,000. Every ticket becomes void.

Nobody has decided what happens to the money. This is the one case the Razorpay dashboard can't absorb — it isn't one goodwill refund, it's every ticket at once.

Three options were proposed and none chosen: a bulk refund button here (the most dangerous control in this product after the breach notice), a manual dashboard operation against an exported list, or credit toward the next event — which means inventing a wallet.
